Cleaner required for immediate start

We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our cleaning team in Lytham St Annes.

The cleaning operative must have;

  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Capable of working alone or part of our team

Duties to include:

General cleaning in welfare & office areas.

Emptying bins in office & factory areas.

Floor cleaning in office & factory areas.

 

Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training is given.

HOURS OF WORK ARE: 2pm - 5pm - Monday - Friday, if you are unable to fulfil these hours please do not apply.

ADMIN SUPERVISOR / PURCHASING

£18-20K

We are looking to recruit an Admin Supervisor / Purchaser to join our busy team. A background in Admin / Purchasing with knowledge within the print, signage, POS, Labels, promotional gifts or corporate clothing would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Supervising 4 Administration staff
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Ensure that customer orders are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurate order entry, ensuring price, delivery location, order details and product style are correct
  • To facilitate quotes for customer enquiry’s
  • Purchasing
  • Weekly proactive contact with clients to ensure that they are happy with the service
  • Dealing with day to day queries
  • Complaint logging, confirming lead times, advising clients
  • Working with customers to deliver exceptional design / innovation support
  • Supporting internal / external teams in the delivery of jobs
  • General day to day office / administration duties
